service. Ski four mountains, including Snowmass--the finest
cruising mountain in America. Aspen, the ultimate ski
town in America, is only 12 miles away from your ski-in/ski-out
lodging. Your 5-day lift ticket is good for a combined
total of over 5,000 acres of skiing, 44 lifts, and access
to 16 mountain restaurants. Snowmass features the longest
lift-served vertical rise in the U.S.
 LODGING:
Snowmass Mountain Chalet: Ski in/Ski out, located at
Snowmass Village Mall. Amenities: complimentary breakfast,
soup lunch with fresh fruit and rolls, laundry facilities,
exercise room, transportation to and from the airport
and around Snowmass, ski storage, outdoor heated pool
and Jacuzzi. There is underground parking (with a fee).
MOUNTAIN FACTS:
Vertical drop…4,406ft. Base elevation…8,223ft.
Highest elevation…12,510 ft. #Lifts…23,
including 7 high-speed quads. Skiable terrain…3,010
acres: 7% beginner, 55% intermediate, and 38% advanced/expert.
(Stats for Snowmass Mountain only.) Lift ticket also
good for Aspen, Highlands, and Buttermilk Buttermilk
mountains.

Group insurance designed for ski trips is available

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PAYMENTS: Deposits are accepted by cash, check, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Deposit: $250
per person payable at time of booking. Second payment:
$400 per person due Sep. 15 . Balance due: Oct. 15th.
LATE PAYMENTS: If payment is not received by due date,
we may elect to cancel or resell your reservations.
If we hold reservations for you, a late payment fee
of $50 per person will be charged. Applies to both the
second payment and balance due.
CANCELLATION FEES: Prior to Sept. 1, $25 per person;
Sept. 1 to Oct. 15, $400 per person; after Oct. 26,
nonrefundable. Cancellations must be received in writing
at Coleman Travel. Trip cancellation/travel insurance
is available and strongly recommended.
DEVIATIONS & CHANGES: Will result in additional
fees of $50 per person plus any difference in trip cost
