LODGING:
Park City Peaks Hotel is minutes away from Park City
ski Resort. It has an indoor and outdoor pool, full
service restaurant, sports bar and grill, whirlpools
and sauna. A full buffet breakfast is included with
your room! Copperbottom's 1br/2b condo is ¼ mile
from Park City resort, 100 ft from the shuttle. It has
a restaurant, hot tub, sauna and laundry facilities.
Each condo has a full kitchen, wood fireplace and balcony.
Park Station Condos are 1 mile to Park City Ski Resort,
but at the bottom of historic Main Street. The shuttle
stops at the property, or you can walk to the town lift.
It has indoor/outdoor hot tub, sauna and laundry. Boothill
Condos are 50 feet from the shuttle stop, about 1 mile
from Park City Ski resort. The units have full kitchen,
gas fireplace and daily maid service. The bedding has
1 king, 2 queens and 2 twins.
MOUNTAIN FACTS :
Park City - Elevation: Base- 6900 ft., Summit - 10,000
ft., Vertical Drop 3,100 ft. Trails: /Children 7-12
yrs subtract 100 (18 easier, 44 more difficult, 38 most
difficult). Longest Run: Homerun 3.5 miles long. Total
acreage 3300 acres, 8 bowls totaling more than 750 acres:
Average snowfall: 350 inches per year. Night skiing
4-9 pm. beginning Dec.25, First time and Payday lifts
only. The Canyons and Deer Valley ski areas are 5 minutes
away via free shuttle service and well worth the ride.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PAYMENTS: Deposits are accepted by cash, check, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Deposit: $200
per person payable at time of booking;. $300 for .2nd
payment due Oct. 15, balance due Nov 29, 2007. Late payment
fee is $50 per person.
CANCELLATION FEES: $50 per person to Oct 15 (air tickets
are nonrefundable after run) Oct 15-Nov 29-$500 per
person then, no refund. Cancellations must be received
in writing at Coleman Travel. Trip cancellation/travel
insurance is available and strongly recommended.
DEVIATIONS & CHANGES: result in additional costs
of $50 per person plus any difference in cost.
