LODGING:
 Seasons
Lodge at Avon is located in Avon, a brief shuttle ride
to Beaver Creek. The complex has a 24-hour front desk,
a game room, fitness center with steam room concierge
service and a complimentary town shuttle. Child care
is also available. The condos have Cable TV & VCR,
fireplaces, full kitchen, hair dryer, iron and board,
internet access and coffee maker. Across the street
is the Avon Recreation Center which offers a water slide
and child care. Nearby are ice skating, fishing and
hockey. A great place for the family!

PAYMENTS: Deposits are accepted by cash, check, Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Remaining payments
due by cash or check only. Deposit: $600 per person payable
at time of booking. Balance due: Oct. 19, 2007. Late fee
is $50 per person.
CANCELLATION FEES: $600 prior to Oct. 19, then nonrefundable.
Cancellation notice must be received in writing at Coleman
Travel. Trip cancellation/travel insurance is recommended.
DEVIATIONS & CHANGES: result in additional costs
of $50 per person plus any difference in cost.
